As large rain storms bear down on the state Thursday and Friday, the Washington Department of Natural Resources has posted a blog about landslide hazards with several links to safety information.
In addition to listing the warning signs of an impending mudslide, the blog includes links to a fact sheet about landslides and important natural hazard preparation steps from the Washington State Military Department – Emergency Management Division.
