Drivers will face more delays this weekend along Interstate 5 northbound between Kent and Tukwila.

Northbound will be reduced to two lanes between State Route 516 in Kent and Southcenter Parkway in Tukwila from 10 p.m. Friday, June 23, to 5 a.m. Monday, June 26, for construction work as crews repave the lanes.

Drivers faced up to 60-minute delays last weekend between SeaTac and Tukwila, according to the state Department of Transportation. The state advises drivers to find alternate routes.

The weekend closures are scheduled to continue July 7-10 and July 14-17.
