Volunteers can participate in a Toys for Joy gift-wrapping party at 7 p.m. Friday at Kent Fire Station No. 75, 15635 S.E. 272nd St.
The Kent Fire Department, Fire District 37, Kent Firefighters Local 1747, and the Kent Firefighters Foundation sponsor the annual Toys for Joy program.
Volunteers collect, sort, wrap and deliver new toys to the Kent Food Bank for distribution to needy families in the community.
