Drivers along the West Valley Highway in Kent will see traffic reduced to one lane in both directions from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, July 30 at the intersection of South 228th Street.
The other lanes are being closed as crews install underground utilities.
South 228th Street remains closed from 64th Avenue South to the Interurban Trail, including multiple closures of the intersections of 64th Avenue South and 68th Avenue South. The closure is part of the South 228th Street Improvement Project. Work is expected to be completed in the fall.
