The driver yelled “Film this, film this,” as officers tried to restrain her. Police placed her into a patrol vehicle as the woman continued to yell at them.

Police directed the man to come out of his tent. The man told officers he was upset with them because of their persistent contact with him the prior few days. Police handcuffed him and asked him if he understood his rights. The man replied by calling the officers “—-holes” and said this whole thing is “B.S.”

An officer told the man he had been given more than 48 hours notice to clean up the site and to move. They also had told him not to return to the site, which needed to be cleaned up to restore the forest to its prior condition.

The woman told officers she couldn’t afford to buy the items and had less than one dollar on her. She said she had not showered in a few days and wanted fresh clothes. Police banned the woman from Target for life at the request of store management.
