Extended-stay hotel breaks ground in Renton

LivAway Suites to be built near Topgolf, Boeing and The Landing.

In late March, LivAway Suites broke ground at the southwest corner of North Eighth Street and Park Avenue North in Renton, where the hotel will be located between Boeing, Topgolf and The Landing shopping center.

Designed as a more economical solution for guests needing long-term lodgings and hospitality, LivAway Suites come with in-room kitchens, an on-site fitness center, pet-friendly rooms, laundry facilities and community spaces.

“The Renton area is home to the expansive Boeing 737 factory, which provides a need for hospitality options like LivAway Suites,” said Mike Nielson, CEO of Utah-based LivAway Suites. “Renton has such a robust and diverse workforce, and we are thrilled to offer them the experience they deserve via our latest LivAway Suites location.”

The Renton LivAway Suites is the second one to begin construction in Washington state, with a Richland location breaking ground in September 2023.
