E. Jean McCain (Jean Frame)
March 16, 1938 – July 15,2012
She left us too soon… an amazing woman in life, Jean was 74 when she passed away in the comfort of her daughter’s home, surrounded by her family. She was born Council Bluffs, Iowa, the daughter of Frank and Freeda Frame.Hers was a notable life and she will be dearly missed by her beloved family and friends! She was preceded in death by her parents and her youngest son Gary Blackford. She is survived by her siblings, Eileen (Frame) Atchley and Frank Frame Jr.; her children Terri (Blackford) Powers and Brian Blackford; her grandchildren Tracy (Albert) Van Wier, Erik MacDaniels, Steven Albert, Jeff & Michael Mosly, Brian J. Blackford, Tanya (blackford) Acosta, Tess & Taylor Blackford; 11 great-grandchildren.A celebration of Life event is planned for August 25, 2012 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm in the RMLS building at the intersection of NE Stephens & Edenbower in Roseburg, OR.
