Eileen May Langholz
Eileen was born in San Francisco, California on May 27, 1925 and passed away on April 29, 2015. She had lived in Covington since 1968, and the last 6 years, had lived with her daughter, Victoria, in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Eileen is survived by her brother, Donald (Bud) Mette; children, Bill, Kenneth, Victoria,Terry, Kathleen, Robert, and Curtis. She also has 16 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death, by her husband of 51 years, Victor, sisters, Dolores, and Virginia, brother, Richard, and
2 grandchildren, Stacy and Lisa.
Eileen retired on May 31, 1985 after 23 years of service with GSA. Eileen loved her family, first and foremost; her animals and her friends. She enjoyed gardening, travel, and Jeopardy.
She was loved by all who knew her, and will be so missed. Today, she is at peace at the home of our Lord.
Burial at Mt. Tahoma National Cemetery on Friday, May 8 at 9:15am. Donations may be made in Eileen Langholz’s name to the Kent Lutheran Church.
