Lawrence E. “Toby” Sells
Lawrence E. “Toby” Sells, long time Kent resident, passed away in Renton, Washington on January 28, 2013. Toby graduated from Kent Senior High School in 1946 and remained active in the community. He received the Dee Moschel Volunteer Award in 2004 for his commitment and enthusiasm to enrich preservation of downtown Kent. Many will remember him for his years as manager of Dragness Office Supply.He leaves behind special friends, Audrine & Michael Templeton, two brothers William “Bud” and Albert Sells, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, William & Edith Sells and a sister Sadie Baines. As per his request there will be no funeral services.
