Louise M. Taylor
Louise M. Taylor passed away June 2, 2009 at the age of 96. She was born in Bellingham, WA on December 21, 1912 to Hiram and Anna Lintz. Louise married Clarence “Shorty” Taylor in 1933. They came to Kent in 1945 and after raising their 3 children she worked for many years at Kent Drugs. When she retired she and her husband spent their winters in Las Vegas, NV. Following the death of her husband in 1992 she moved to Harrison House in Kent where she spent many happy and productive years volunteering for the City of Kent and the Downtown Partnership.She is survived by her 3 children, son James, daughters Joanne (Neil) Bisyak, Judith (Tom) Monstad, 8 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 3 brothers, 1 sister, daughter-in-law Bonita and granddaughter Kim. Memorials may be made to the MS Society.A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2009 at 12:00 PM at the Golden Steer Restaurant in Kent.
