Quincy Carter was at it again Saturday night.
The versatile senior quarterback ran for two touchdowns – including one that went 99 yards – as Kent-Meridian defeated Spanaway Lake 17-13 in a nonleague game at French Field.
Carter also scored on a 29-yard run for the Royals (2-3).
Tristan Ingold booted a 25-yard field goal for K-M.
Joe Martin threw for one TD and ran for another for Spanaway Lake (1-4).
The Royals travel to Auburn Riverside (5-0) in a South Puget Sound League 4A game at 7 p.m. Friday.
