Former Seattle Seahawks defensive backs Marcus Trufant and Lawyer Milloy will help judge tryouts for the Seattle Impact FC Dance Team Sept. 6-7.
Ladies with Impact dance auditions are 3 to 5 p.m. both days at the ShoWare Center, 625 W. James St.
Player tryouts for the Seattle Impact FC are from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. both days.
Tryouts and auditions are closed to the public.
Registration for player tryouts and dance team auditions are available at www.SeattleImpactFC.com.
Impact FC will play all 10 home games at the ShoWare Center, beginning with a Nov. 8 date with the 14-time indoor champion San Diego Sockers.
Seattle is the newest member of the 23-team Major Arena Soccer League (MASL), the indoor game’s top-tier division throughout North America. Seattle officially joined the MASL on July 8, with Bellevue native and former Sounders and SeaDogs player Dion Earl as owner and CEO.
The Impact will invite a select number of players to participate in the team’s training camp in October.
The Ladies with Impact, whose co-captains are Lauren Baumann and Elizabeth Buslon, will be looking for talented dancers who can serve as ambassadors and role models for the organization.
Terry Holliman of The Barbershop also will serve on the judging panel.
