Describe your pre-game ritual:
Ham and cheese sandwich, good poop without phone, then nice stretch/warmup then the Lightning McQueen ‘I am speed’ phrase…. then pray!

From the sidelines: Theo has been a great leader for the track team. He is a hard worker and a great student and a kind human. It has been awesome to have him out for track. Theo currently has a top 3 league time for the 400 and 800 meter races.
