The Falcons (19-3) meet West Valley (Yakima) on Friday in the semifinals at Sparks Stadium in Puyallup.
Hanford goalie Kelsee Winston made 13 saves in the shutout.
The Chargers (14-3-2) met elimination despite outshooting the Falcons 25-4.
