Landon Radliff scored 28 points, triggering high-powered Richland past Kentridge 78-51 in the regional round of the state Class 4A Hardwood Classic boys basketball playoffs at Pasco’s Chiawana High School on Friday night.
Steven Beo added 22 points and nine assists in the victory.
Richland (19-4) advances to the Round of 8 in the Tacoma Dome beginning Thursday. It is the Bombers’ third consecutive trip to the Dome. Their opponent will be determined after a draw Sunday.
The Chargers finished the season 18-7. It was Kentridge’s sixth regional playoff appearance in the last nine seasons.
Nick Hopson led the Chargers with 14 points and four rebounds. Joran Ticeson had 10. Ethan Walker added nine points and four rebounds, and Deon Thomas finished with seven points.
