Jaden Sheffey threw three touchdowns as top-ranked Woodinville stopped Kentwood 48-7 in a state Class 4A playoff opener Saturday night at Pop Keeney Stadium in Bothell.
Nash Fouch caught two of Sheffey’s three TD passes.
Tayvonne Miller scored for Kentwood on a 2-yard run.
The Falcons (11-0) jumped out to a 28-0 lead and never looked back.
Kentwood’s season ends at 8-3, with the North Puget Sound League Cascade Division title at its first trip to the state playoffs in seven seasons.
Quarterback Justin Seiber threw for more than 3,200 yards and 34 touchdowns this season for the Conquerors.
